The deadline for submissions is determined in three periods (early, regular, late). You can access the conference calendar from the list on the right or the conference calendar.

The abstract you have sent is first evaluated by the system about whether it meets the requirements of the abstract submission rules. Then, after determining that the abstract is in accordance with the rules of writing, it will be sent to the corresponding category for the evaluation of its the suitability for the conference. An acceptance letter will be sent to you after the positive referee report. Once you have received the acceptance letter, you will be able to complete the conference participation requirements by paying the payment fee according to the payment type, whichever payment type is available at the date.
